First and foremost, thank you, Ana, for this wonderful nomination. Not only is it challenging for me to post only three quotes since I have a hundred that I love but it has really made me think about what is truly important to me.
Ana’s blog, Mom Life with Chiari Blog, is one that I visit every day. Well, almost everyday since I have not really been able to have time to myself these few days to log on. 🙂 If you haven’t checked out her blog, I highly encourage you to. She is creative, inspiring, fun, refreshingly honest and full of optimism which is terribly infectious. I admire you so much, Ana, and I am so grateful that I have gotten to know you through your blog.
The rules are:
♣…Thank the person who nominated you.
♣…Post a quote for 3 days and explain why it appeals to you.
♣…Nominate bloggers each day!
My first quote:
This quote is near and dear to my heart. Despite my daily mantra to not care too much about what others think and to stick to what I believe in, I find myself falling and drowning in a suffocating well of fear and timidity over and over again. I would crawl out of that dreaded well only to find self reproach and regrets. It’s a paralyzing habit and destructive to honesty and creativity. This quote is a reminder that freedom is within my reach because it’s all up to me.
My nominations:
♣ Sandmoos
♣ Life Travel Soul
♣ The Gourmet Goddess
I hope you enjoy this three day three quote challenge as much as I do. Can’t wait to see the quotes you post and to learn more about each of you.

Thank you so much for your kind words! When we’re young, as little girls we don’t have a care in the world, as we grow older we start to notice and compare ourselves to other girls and now as a woman, I am now comparing myself to other moms. I mean the cycle, the vicious cycles for both men and women needs to end. As you so well put it, it’s destructive. Love this quote!

I often say to people, “That would hurt my feelings, if I HAD any!” and by that I mean that I don’t allow others to control how I feel. I love this quote you posted!

I like that! You are good! I will learn to swat away what others think and say, hopefully.
